Import replaces the current list only after every row is validated.

Up to 8 files, 5 MB each and 20 MB in total. JPEG, PNG, WebP, PDF, CSV or TXT.

Submitting records your inquiry and returns a reference. Availability, fitment and commercial terms remain subject to a quotation.

One list, several machines and suppliers

For factory buyers, dealers and maintenance teams: combine requirements, keep each line identifiable and compare the quoted scope.

Item-by-item quotation

  • Keep the original part reference beside any proposed alternative.
  • Separate unit price, quantity, lead time and unavailable items.

Consolidated delivery planning

  • Identify items ready together and items awaiting procurement.
  • Agree partial shipment, packing marks and destination handling.

Resale and technical handover

  • Request item photos, specifications and agreed packing labels.
  • Define confidentiality, customer ownership and the warranty provider.

Check the replacement before ordering

Fitment and supply type

Confirm drawings, interfaces and operating duty. Original new, compatible new and used or refurbished assemblies are separate quote options.

Condition and acceptance

For a used assembly, agree dated photographs, test scope and known defects. For new parts, agree material, dimensions and any required certificates.

Delivery and after-sales scope

The quotation should name the delivery point, included charges, acceptance checks, warranty provider and process for a mismatch or damage claim.

Measuring a component and recording its mounting details

No part number? Start with the installed component.

  • Photograph the machine nameplate and the complete installed assembly.
  • Show the part from multiple sides, including mounting faces, shaft, flange or connectors.
  • Record dimensions with units and a clear datum; include the quantity and matched-set requirement.
  • Describe the duty, failure symptom, urgency and whether original or compatible options are acceptable.
