Build a scope around your line
Start with the equipment, process constraints and destination. Agree which checks and services are feasible with the relevant supplier or technical team.
Prepare an Upgrade BriefInspection and testing
Coordinate access for visual inspection, nameplate capture and agreed functional checks. Record separately what was observed, tested or unavailable to test. Agree the evidence and test limits for each candidate.
Dismantling and packing
Plan cable and component identification, transport dimensions, packing, lifting and container loading around the proposed equipment.
Installation and commissioning
Define site readiness, utilities, personnel and acceptance targets. Confirm who supplies labor, lifting, utilities and travel. Agree the functional acceptance test and exclusions before committing.
Retrofit and spare parts
Compare mechanical interfaces, controls and consumables with the existing line before arranging retrofit or replacement sourcing.
Agree the support boundary before committing
For any offered warranty or support, name the responsible provider, duration, covered parts or labor, exclusions and escalation route. Clarify whether remote advice, travel and local attendance are included. A planned partnership is not a standing local service commitment.
