Information for quotation
- Photograph the machine nameplate and the complete installed assembly.
- Show the part from multiple sides, including mounting faces, shaft, flange or connectors.
- Record dimensions with units and a clear datum; include the quantity and matched-set requirement.
Condition and acceptance
For a used assembly, agree dated photographs, test scope and known defects. For new parts, agree material, dimensions and any required certificates.
Packing and delivery
- Protect sensor windows, connectors and suction-cup lips.
- Label each assembly to match the agreed packing list.
The quotation should name the delivery point, included charges, acceptance checks, warranty provider and process for a mismatch or damage claim.
