Prepare a Brief

For tile factories, machinery dealers & local service teams

Used ceramic machinery for Vietnam

Match your tile line, verify the candidate and agree the delivery and installation scope before committing. Start with your production requirement or your local service capabilities.

Both actions prepare a local download. No inquiry is sent. Partner availability, equipment availability and on-site services require confirmation for the individual project.

Give the sourcing discussion a useful starting point

A first review should organize the application, evidence still needed and proposed responsibilities. It is not a quotation or an inspection result.

For factory buyers

Define the tile format, usable output, bottleneck, utilities and shutdown window so a candidate can be reviewed against your line.

For machinery dealers

Compare candidates using the same condition, included modules and delivery scope. Agree customer ownership before sharing a lead.

For local installers

Record interfaces, site readiness and the work your team can perform. Identify where drawings, specialist support or parts are needed.

Match the application before comparing machine prices

These are review questions, not available machines or published performance guarantees.

For whole-line decisions, include upstream/downstream constraints. Complete kilns are outside the current catalogue scope.

Ask for a machine file, not just attractive photos

Keep each photo, video, work record and test result tied to one candidate identity and a review date.

Identity and multi-angle evidence

  • Manufacturer, model, serial and year; seller authority and current location.
  • Dated front, rear, side, nameplate, controls and accessory photos.
  • Close-ups of wear, damage, missing parts and previous repairs.

Condition, test and maintenance record

  • Running, stopped or disconnected status; last known operating date.
  • Agreed test conditions, representative product, duration, output and reject record.
  • Service history and exact replaced parts; separate observed facts, supplier statements and untested claims.

No actual candidate is offered by this sample. A disconnected machine can leave important checks unverified; record those limits rather than treating a visual inspection as a successful production trial.

Compare the full handover scope for Vietnam

Use the same named delivery point, currency and service boundary. Obtain actual quotations for each item; the worksheet below contains no price or transit-time estimate.

Resolve Vietnam import questions before a freight booking

Technical suitability and import eligibility are separate decisions. Give the importer and qualified adviser the actual identity, manufacturing year, intended use, configuration and inspection documents for the specific shipment.

Combine China-side candidate review with local site knowledge

We are developing project-based collaboration with independent Vietnamese machinery suppliers and service teams. No established Vietnam branch, appointed installer or standing response-time commitment is represented.

Questions before the next sourcing discussion

Can I start without a model number?

Yes. Describe the process, product dimensions, required net output, line interfaces and the problem to solve. A replacement request should include the existing machine or part identity where available.

Can you confirm quality from photographs?

Photographs support an initial review. Quality and operating performance require agreed evidence and test conditions; retain untested items in the decision record.

Are installation and maintenance included?

Only an agreed written scope can establish that. Name the service provider, tasks, acceptance criteria, spares, travel, support duration and exclusions before committing.

Will this form send an inquiry?

No. It creates a brief on your device. Review it with your team and use a business contact channel you have independently confirmed.

Prepare the next decision with your own project facts

Choose equipment sourcing or a local service introduction. Vietnam is carried into the brief; download does not reserve equipment or appoint a partner.
