Match the machine to the production requirement
Start with tile format, thickness, required net output, existing line interfaces, utilities and shutdown window. Brochure capacity is not a used-machine test result.
Finishing and packing
Define edge quality, carton/stack configuration and usable throughput. Agree trials with intended tiles, rejects and changeovers.
Replacement components
Use the installed part identity, actual duty and mounting/control interfaces. Appearance alone does not establish compatibility.
Separate permission review from technical integration
For independent Turkish machinery suppliers and controls specialists, a familiar manufacturer name is not enough. Confirm the exact used-machine classification with the importer while checking the configuration, software rights, electrical interfaces and included safety functions for the intended line.

Make the controls handover testable
- Request a software/hardware inventory and a recorded backup/recovery scope. Confirm passwords, licensing and any OEM involvement through authorized parties; do not assume access transfers with ownership.
- Agree who assesses guarding, interlocks and conformity requirements for the actual machine and integration. A nameplate or marketing reference to CE is not a complete compliance review.
- Record any retrofit work, interface changes and tests. Set the local commissioning and maintenance responsibilities before comparing an as-is candidate with a reworked one.
Compare machine, repairs, inspection, dismantling, packing, freight, insurance, destination costs, site work and shutdown allowances at the same named delivery point. Label every cost fixed, estimated or excluded; no tariff, price, transit duration or import approval is quoted here.
Keep quality evidence tied to one candidate
A control cabinet photograph does not establish software ownership, a recoverable backup or safe integration. Mark each as verified, supplier-stated or still open.
Identity and condition
- Dated nameplate and front/rear/side photos; seller authority and location.
- Wear, known defects, missing modules and included accessories.
- Maintenance/repair history, exact work performed and supporting records.
Tests and limits
- Running, stopped or disconnected status and last operating information.
- Agreed trial conditions, intended product, duration, output, rejects and reviewer.
- Checks unavailable to perform, open questions and the buyer’s acceptance criteria.
